Long-Distance Overland Belt Conveyors
Long distance overland flat turn belt conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment that uses steel rope core conveyor belts as traction components. Its ultra long conveying distance and super large conveying capacity, as well as the multi-point horizontal turning curve conveying method, can maximize the satisfaction of high yield and efficient material transportation in working faces.
It is currently a large-scale intelligent environmental protection and energy-saving conveying equipment vigorously promoted and used for intelligent complete sets in production systems.
⚙️
Key Product Features
The long distance overland conveyor is a special type of belt conveyor that achieves long-distance and curved transportation. It can perform flat turns, as well as vertical convex and concave turns, forming a spatial curve. This is achieved by lifting the inner curve of the conveyor belt, adjusting the deflection angle of the idler, and using deep groove idler groups to generate an outward centrifugal thrust during operation.

❓
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is the maximum conveying distance of your overland conveyors?
Our system can achieve a maximum conveying distance per single unit of up to 12.6 km, suitable for long-distance industrial needs.
Q2: How does the conveyor handle horizontal turns?
It utilizes a spatial curve design by lifting the inner curve of the belt and adjusting idler angles to generate centrifugal thrust, overcoming centripetal force during turns.
Q3: What belt widths are available for customization?
We offer a standardized range of belt widths from 600mm up to 2400mm to accommodate different material volumes.
Q4: Are these conveyors suitable for extreme inclinations?
Yes, our systems are designed to handle inclinations ranging from -28 degrees to +33 degrees.
Q5: What industries benefit most from this equipment?
It is ideal for high-capacity sectors such as mining, coal transport, power plants, cement production, and metallurgy.
Q6: Do you provide spare parts for the conveying systems?
Yes, we provide a full range of spare parts including rollers, pulleys, and intelligent control system software.
