Our flexible design approach allows for the use of standard components while maintaining the ability to customize systems for specific project requirements.

We offer competitive quotations for conveyors that meet a full range of specifications, from basic performance metrics to detailed mechanical and structural requirements. To maximize standardization, we offer mechanical components from well-known, high-quality suppliers. Our fabrication partners are selected for their ability to provide various paint systems, ranging from economical alkyd to high-performance epoxy and polyurethane, as well as galvanizing options.

To minimize field erection costs, we offer a high degree of shop assembly. Head and tail sections are fully assembled on structural steel frames, including head chutes, pulleys, belt cleaners, and drives. This process prevents field misfit problems and ensures smooth tracking during start-up. For shorter conveyors and feeders, we provide total shop assembly, including vulcanized belting.
