The Hydraulic Dock Leveler uses a hydraulic power unit to lift the upper main panel through a main oil cylinder, while a small auxiliary oil cylinder pushes out the lip plate. It is essential when dock height and truck height differ. Through the principle of self-weight drop, the lip plate is positioned onto the rear of the truck to facilitate loading.
This hydraulic system is the most commonly used loading platform due to its stable performance, simple operation, low maintenance rate, and ease of repair.
