14-ton backpack heavy-duty AGV
The integrated quick connection mechanism can fully meet the impact load generated when workpieces are hoisted and placed, ensuring smooth operation without falling off rails, jamming, or other faults. The design accounts for transportation and crane lifting in case of failure.
The AGV Control system connects with MES systems featuring automatic/manual dual insurance scheduling modes. Instructions for handling tasks are issued to the AGV scheduling system, which then directs the vehicles. Completion information is fed back in real-time.
Central management software realizes highly intelligent automated management by monitoring position on electronic maps, updating operating parameters, and implementing traffic control at intersections to improve efficiency and safety.

Developed for frequent material delivery needs. When energy is lower than the preset value, the AGV moves to the charging station. Electrodes dock automatically to achieve charging and separate once finished. This eliminates manual battery handling and saves significant time.
