Product Advantages

Dock Shelters are enclosures that seal the perimeter of the trailer to form a seal. This is accomplished by applying pressure against the sides of the trailer with fabric curtains fitted with fiberglass stays. A dock shelter closes the gap between the building wall and the truck by sealing the top and sides, essentially creating an extension of the warehouse.

A. Mechanical Dock Shelter (Retractable)

• Cooperates with more vehicle types and requires less wall load-bearing capacity.
• Retractable frame structure made of galvanized steel (60*30mm).
• Side and top curtains made of 1mm thickness PVC fabric (750g/m²).
• Front curtain made of 3mm thickness PVC sheet with double reinforced nets for excellent crash resistance.

B. Insulated Sponge Dock Shelter

• Closed by the extrusion of the vehicle for effective thermal insulation.
• High-density compression sponge (30KG/m³) filled in 300mm x 300mm sections.
• Self-extinguishing PVC curtains (800 g/m²) with pleated blinds to withstand wear.

C. Inflatable Dock Shelter

• Superior insulation effect suitable for cold storage or strict temperature requirements.
• Consists of 2 side and 1 top inflatable PVC fabrics.
• Fast operation: Inflation time 15 seconds; Close time 15 seconds.
