1. The overall assembly can bear 120% load of standard nominal load capacity. Under static pressure of 24 hours, the deformation is within 3mm, recovering once pressure is released.
2. The high-strength "U"-shaped beam design ensures high load bearing and long-term operation without deformation.
3. Platform ground is made from high-strength 8mm or above thick steel plate. Surface features groove milling for anti-skid properties and epoxy resin coating for durability.
4. Hinge and shaft are super high temperature heat treated to reduce deformation.
5. Whole set of hydraulic drive station imported from Europe, ensuring stable power output and low oil temperature during high-frequency work. High standard seals prevent leakage.
6. Anti-rolling skirts on both sides prevent accidental injury. Includes a support rod for safe maintenance access.
