📦 Product Description

Dock shelters are enclosures that seal the perimeter of the trailer to form a complete enclosure. This is achieved by applying pressure to the sides of the trailer using fabric curtains fitted with fiberglass stays. The dock shelter is designed to fill the space between the building wall and the truck, sealing the top, sides, and back of the transport vehicle to create an extension of the warehouse.

They play an important role in logistics and warehousing by effectively blocking wind, rain, dust, and other elements. This ensures excellent protection for goods, improves loading efficiency, and reduces damage risks during transfer in various weather conditions.

🔹 Mechanical Dock Shelter

When a truck touches the dock, it wraps the back of the lorry to ensure a close and dust-proof environment. It features a retractable frame structure made of galvanized steel (60*30mm) and 1mm thickness PVC fabric.

🔹 Sponge Dock Shelter

Ideal for uniform truck sizes and strict insulation requirements. It uses high-density sponge (30KG/m³) and self-extinguishing PVC curtains (800 g/m²) with pleated blinds for lasting wear resistance.

🔹 Inflatable Dock Shelter

Suitable for environments requiring high closeness and strict temperature control, such as cold storage. It consists of inflatable PVC fabrics powered by an air blower, with an inflation/closing time of just 15 seconds.
