Arc aluminum profile expands the bonding area with rubber. After special surface treatment, the UHMWPE layer significantly increases the sticking force with the rubber core.
By using higher molecular content UHMWPE and thicker aluminum profiles, our impact bars are built to last in damp and corrosive environments.
The redesigned rubber formula strengthens impact and tear resistance, significantly reducing the risk of bar breakage under heavy loads.
